Mr. Vinod Kumar,
Managing Director and Chief Executive OfficerVinod is a young talented leader and holds rich experience in finance, logistics, and related industries. As the Managing Director & CEO, Vinod will be responsible for driving and overseeing the development and execution of NBHC's corporate strategy, business development, systems and policies across the company, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, nurturing talent, and leadership development.
He joined NBHC as the Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and has been instrumental in ensuring financial discipline within the business. Last year, he was promoted to Business Head & SVP to lead the Micro Agri Commodities Lending & Business Correspondent Services, where he responsibly maintained key banking relationships. In his career spanning over 17 years, he has worked majorly in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Vinod brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge which NBHC would greatly benefit from. His leadership aims at presenting an opportunity for the team to reinvent and unlock the immense potential of NBHC. His strategic vision as well as operational expertise and rigor are pivotal for the company's next phase of growth and success.
Vinod is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Ajit
Lagoo
Vice President – NBHC ProComm Lab Services
Mr. Ajit Lagoo is the Vice President & Business Head for NBHC ProComm Laboratory Services (ProComm - Inspection & Testing Services). At NBHC ProComm, he is responsible for overseeing all functions pertaining to Quality Assaying, for internal Collateral Management & warehousing business along with 3rd Party customers.
Mr. Ajit is a seasoned professional having rich experience spanning around 20 years in various domains as Dairy Manufacturing, Nutraceuticals and Food Testing & Auditing as per FSSAI, APEDA, EIC regulations. As an established leader, he has demonstrated success in increasing revenue, market share, cost reduction, enhancing customer satisfaction & efficiency with optimization of resources
Mr. Ajit has completed Post Graduation Diploma in Alternative Medicine from IIOAM, Kolkata and B.Tech (Dairy Technology) from College of Dairy Technology, IGAU.
Prior to joining NBHC, Ajit has been associated with Taklogi Marketing. His other past associations includes corporates such as Envirocare Labs., Microchem Silliker (a subsidiary of Merieux NutriSciences, France) and Alkem Laboratories holding responsible leadership positions.
As special achievements, he has developed total 04 concept based products to cater Indian food industry which are are prebiotic sweetener, specialty ingredient for bakery, GLA supplement. He is also Sole Inventor of:
- 1:1 Sweetener Replacer for Food applications Patent no. 1605/MUM/2009, patent published.
- Stabilized Colostrum Powder for-Published on 13/02/2013.
- Filed 3rd patent; A Method and System of Diet & Health Management -Reference No: CBR no 18417 Dated 01/12/2015 16:37:35.
He is also life member of AFSTI Mumbai chapter, AOAC India chapter, IDA & HADSA.
